TEFRA90 (Thodoris Fragkos) (b. 1990, Ioannina, Greece) is a visual artist whose practice spans painting, drawing and artist books, often unfolding in parallel thematic series. Drawing from natural ecosystems and urban details, his work develops through observation and improvisation, experimenting with unconventional materials such as candle smoke.
Thodoris lives and works in Athens. He holds a ΜA (Integrated) in Painting and Printmaking from the Athens School of Fine Arts, following his studies in Graphic Design at Vakalo Art & Design College and Visual Communication at Kunsthochschule Weissensee in Berlin.
Since 2012, he has maintained an independent publishing practice, regularly producing and exhibiting artist books. He lives and works in Athens.
Recent exhibitions and projects include: Fukuoka Art Book Fair, Japan (2025); Entropia Records (2024), PERAMO (2023), Nea Peramos; ‘Nobody Can Not Paint’ (2024), Linou Soumpasis & Co, Athens.
